Most pellet grill problems come down to a handful of parts: the igniter (hot rod), the auger motor, the combustion fan, the temperature probe or the controller. We test each one, tell you what’s actually wrong, and fix only what needs it. We work on Chain Smoker and Com200 commercial smokers, Traeger™ grills, and most other auger-fed pellet grills.

- Tell us the symptoms. Contact us with your grill’s make, model and what it’s doing (or not doing).
- Quick diagnosis. We’ll often pin it down over email and ship you the right part.
- Bench repair. If it needs hands-on work, we’ll set up a drop-off and give you an estimate before we start.
- Test cook. Every repaired grill gets a full temperature test before it goes home.
