How we ship

In-stock parts usually ship within 1–2 business days. We ship USPS and UPS and pick the best carrier for your package. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the size and weight of your order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., contact us before ordering and we’ll see what we can do.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Large and commercial parts

Controllers, firepots and small parts ship in a box. Large items such as grates and drip trays for commercial units may need special packaging. We’ll contact you if your order needs a custom quote.

Returns

Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please contact us first for a return authorization. Electrical parts that have been installed can only be returned if defective. If you’re unsure a part fits your grill, ask us before you order. We’re happy to help.
